The Medieval Tower Executive Suite offers the most stunning views over the Castle estate, our private citrus grove and the Tower pool.
This unique suite boasts magnificent triple-height star vaulted ceilings, lit by a bespoke oversized Murano glass Volcano-style chandelier. The suite features a super-sized 240cm round bed with an aloe vera-infused mattress and pure linen bedding.
There is also an original vintage B&B round day bed next to an original fireplace. The ensuite is hidden behind ancient wooden castle doors, and there is also an elegant mirrored vanity station.

The garden suite is one of our most sought-after suites, with direct access from the Park suite’s private garden, with ancient stone paving, originally the wheat- threshing area.

The Masseria Agave suite offers split-level accommodation, the main bedroom and a separate salon with a large original open fireplace.
The upstairs bedroom has exposed stone walls and the original reconstructed wooden beamed ceiling. There is a super king-size polished cement bed with an aloe-infused pocket-sprung mattress and pure linen bedding. The original Masseria’s ancient bread oven has been ingeniously converted into the suite’s en- suite bathroom, which features a sunken bath, a rainfall shower, and luxury Sicilian organic bath products from Ortigia. A vanity station and a quality occasional French Bed are down a few steps into the salon, which can be set up to increase the room’s capacity to three guests (please request this set up, extra charges apply).
